Undeniably one of the cultural capitals of the world and for good reason

Both sides of my family come from here and it is a place that has played a multitude of roles in my life over the years, particularly in shaping my cultural identity. I grew up coming almost every other year and even lived here for my formative middle school years. I then revisited at the end of high school with my Canadian orchestra group. This visit marks 9 years since I last returned to Shanghai (Asia in general), now fully an adult, this visit was quite meaningful to me.

Exceedingly hot but a gorgeous place in need of a revisit.

El Chalten & El Calafate. An incredible an interestingly meditative experience with lots of quiet moments to think and reflect. Many more places in the region to visit in the future.

Vienna is such a wonderful place, class, cafes, and classical music.

Along with Paris, Manhattan is a place that I heavily romanticize. Even though when I visited, it was cold and not too sunny, it was still so full of character

Such a colourful and full of life city. Fun fact, Colombia is home to more native fruits than there are days in the year!

Castles and kingdoms

Did the rim to river back to rim hike in an afternoon. Was a bit precarious after starting pretty late but made for a great adventure!
