I consider myself a city person and despite the objective bluntness of the grime and concrete, I find there is a certain beauty in it as well. Vast majority of these shots are from Toronto, my home since 2021.
The World at Night
Moody nights are inherently profound to me. They inspire moments of contemplation and can also induce the types of conversations that can bring new depths of relationships with people.
People
Street photography/photos with people as central subjects is a category that I've always been a bit awkward about. I think they can make the most striking images though so it's something I've been working on. Including animals too.
